A young energetic couple helped design this 2000 sq ft ranch on a walkout basement. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the house was elevated in design with a gas fireplace, beautiful deck, dog shower and a gorgeous master bathroom. The project located in Metamora had a lot of development as the house is situated 700 feet back off the road. It was a nice project to work on as the couple got married during the course of construction. Very exciting to be a part of the first memories in their first house together! This custom home took 6 months to build and finished out around $500k.
This house was a challenging project as it replaced a home that had priorly burned down. This 1560 sq ft ranch sits on a walkout basement in the rural country of Dryden. The project also included a detached garage and a 40x50 pole barn build. The porch/deck wraps around from the living room all the way to the laundry room. Having a combination of steel and asphalt roofing dressing up the batten board and horizontal siding. The goat fence railing was brought to life by the customers design. This client was a wonderful lady and we still enjoy each others company to this day. With the house, detached garage and pole barn the project finished out at around $475k and took under 10 months to complete.
A very special lake house project with a 2000 sq ft house and attached garage along with a detached garage. This was a challenge to design and place these structures on a tight lot. Only 75 away from Lake Huron, the great windows shows a stunning view of the lake. With a beautiful composite deck the length of the home, the Owners are able to have many people over to enjoy the hot days of summer! The Owners chose all of their upgrades and colors based on an ocean nautical theme. The trade partners were excellent to work with up in Palms, MI. The clients sure do have their final forever home and love it! This project took just under 10 months to finish and cashed out around the mid $700's.
A nice 2200 sq foot ranch with a 3 car garage on a walkout basement situated in a country subdivision in Dryden. The Owners designed this based on their previous home with a few adjustments. This house is absolutely stunning! With unique touches in the kitchen and the board and batten trim along the fireplace wall, the Owners will definitely make this a one of a kind forever home. These clients are really talented in the "do it yourself" area of painting/staining and other interesting touches so I am looking forward to seeing this house in another year. This project took 6 months to build and came in around the low $600's.
CMB Construction Management Company took on this unique 1400 sq ft addition to an 1800's farm house. Bringing the new to the old, this addition adds a large kitchen, large dining room, sun room, bathroom and master bathroom. This too sits on a 9' basement and attaches to the old stone 5' basement via a cool dungeon like breezeway down below. A combination of superior walls, block walls and reworking some of the old stone wall basement, this addition has it all. The cupola at the top of the foyer adds in unique lighting with an architectural touch to the front elevation. This addition includes residing the old farmhouse, matching the ranch roofing to the existing shingles of the farm house and a little renovation inside the existing farm house.
