A site inspection of your property is the first critical phase to understand and prepare for land development costs.  Land Assessment establishes the placement of your new home which can help improve your budget. During your free land assessment consultation, CMB Construction Management Company will offer suggestions on home placement, utility runs, driveway length, accessibility and grade slopes for drainage. Though there may still be unknown costs associated with different types of soil conditions, a land assessment can dramatically reduce any budget surprises during the construction process. 

DESIGN & DISCOVERY PHASE

BUILD PHASE

CMB Construction Management Company oversees the entire project from conception to warranty. Our process consists of one team member who works with the homeowners throughout our entire process, resulting in effective communication and more realistic time frames.

CLOSING & WARRANTY PHASE

As we near the end of the project, there will be two "walk throughs" ensuring that you are happy with your new home.  The first walk through will pertain to cosmetic items that may need touching up.  The second walk through is the Final Homeowner Orientation which consists of functionality of components, a homeowner's guide and a warranty manual package.  More details pertaining to Closing & Warranty are discussed during the Design/Discovery phase of our process.
